About tcp
thecareersproject was founded in early 2023 with the core mission of providing international students in university with all the tools & resources they need to build a career that is fully in alignment with their passions, interests & strengths.
Our biggest goal is to build a platform where students can freely explore different career paths in their industry of choice & easily connect with career mentors (who were once international students) that are now experts in their field.
Here at tcp, our mentors provide international students with the holistic career advice they need to both identify their career goals & the steps they need to take to build their desired career.

About tcp
During my final year of university pursuing a degree in biomedical sciences, one of the biggest challenges I faced as an international student was navigating careers and applying for jobs in a foreign country. I had no idea what my career options were in the healthcare space outside of medicine and research and what types of skills and experiences I needed to start my career.
This inspired me to build thecareersproject.com (tcp), a global online network that connects international students in university with career mentors who are former international students and are now experts in their industries to bridge this gap between university life and landing your first job after university.
